If the land is not demarcated - obtaining a permit for installing a charging station in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1300 of December 3, 2014 "On Approval of the List of Types of Facilities That Can Be Placed on State-Owned or Municipally Owned Lands or Land Plots Without Granting Land Plots and Establishing Servitudes".
If the land is owned by a legal entity or individual – concluding a lease agreement
Selection of EVSE equipment
Submitting an application for technological connection of electrical capacity to the grid company or an application for connection to another owner with reserve capacity.
Development of the EVSE connection and installation project
Installation work: mounting the panel (meter, circuit breaker, RCD (if necessary)), laying the cable line from the power supply point to the EVSE installation site, earthworks, foundation construction, landscaping restoration, parking space arrangement, etc.)
Project approval with authorized bodies, the grid company, or the chief power engineer service of the connection point owner.
