For example, to study soil at the installation site to avoid emergency situations during installation and further operation of the charging station, to understand where utilities pass (heat and water supply lines, cable routes, etc.), so that the charging station installation location does not fall within the protected zone of these networks.
Cadastral works include analysis (preparation) of documents confirming ownership rights to the plot within which charging station installation is planned.
Cadastral works also allow obtaining coordinates of the charging station installation location for further obtaining permits for charging station installation in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 3, 2014 No. 1300 "On approval of the list of types of objects that can be placed on lands or land plots that are in state or municipal ownership, without provision of land plots and establishment of easements" or registration of land plot lease agreement.
